I have over 30 years in various management positions including leading employees, departments, and complete locations in driving sales, driving customer service, and building relationships while achieving sales, growth, and profitability. After having a successful career in dealership management, I now own and operate while teaching, coaching, advising, and listening carefully to each team member as I lead them to achieve our goals and their personal success.
